Offishial Business Outdoors

I been taking time off of work to take care of my kids, because they were sick and can not go to school. Thanks to my dad "Marshlander" gave me a whole salmon he got from Alaska. I smoke some up yesterday and man it was yummy. Finish it off with honey glaze, and took 6 1/2 hr in the smoker.

That salmon took over 6 hours to make. Look like alot of beer drinking time to me......
