I found this cool video on Youtube and wanted to share it with everyone here. Really easy way to clean and skin your small catfish.
After I saw the video I try it on the channel catfish I caught last week. Not too bad.

I cut a slit just like show on video then put lemon pepper seasoning. Coated fish in flour then deep fry at 350* for 6 minutes. Turn out pretty good.
