Timber Rose Ranch has raised some great quality Beef and Pork, grass, alfalfa and grain feed from day one. No Hormones, no antibiotics just good clean raised animals.

we have a few cows ready for butcher as well some hogs.

whole, half or quarter your choice.

(90-145# hanging weight will yield about 80-115# freezer meat) Processing not included
Halves
$4.25 per pound hanging weight
(225-325# hanging weight will yield about 200-230# freezer meat)Processing not included

Whole
$3.75 per pound hanging weight
(500-625# hanging weight will yield about 380-460# freezer meat) Processing not included


Bulk Pork
Half hog
$3.50 per pound Hanging Weight plus processing
(90-120# hanging weight will yield about 70-85# freezer meat) Processing additional.

Whole hog
$3.10 per pound Hanging Weight plus processing
(170-200# hanging weight will yield about 85-150# freezer meat) Processing additional.




Processing via our butcher with 12 days of hanging time is $1.10 per lbs. any extras is between you and the butcher.

We just butchered 1 cow hanging weight was 513 lbs
and the pig was 218 lbs.
